When Marge Arkitekter was commissioned to redesign a courtyard building on a property along Bergsgatan in Stockholm, all floors were occupied by offices. As the house had previously been used as a stable, the lower floors had a generous ceiling height with beautiful brick arches. After the conversion the building now houses a total of eight apartments.
