This house was originally designed by architect Bengt Lindroos in 1973. It adjoins three streets in central Stockholm; Folkungagatan, Östgötagatan and Kocksgatan. The property comprises eleven commercial offices and 167 apartments. The contract combines the entrance doors, entrance lobby, stairwells, elevators, placement of suggested artistic works, general resurfacing, a new ceiling and the lighting of the interior and exterior. The artwork to be included is made by the graphic designer Anders Rinman.
