Marge has developed Gävle Seafront Part 3 as a neighborhood with an attractive and exciting atmosphere. A multifaceted building landscape where the waterside and the pier street are central.
The concept centers around three passageways of distinct character, three experiences, three ways to wander through or to dwell in the area, three streets that organize the buildings.
The buildings are situated along the length of the Hucken promontory with the long facades concentrated along the waterside. Behind the facades is a varied inner side with a diverse palette of facade styles, spatial conditions, and materials. Hucken is like a package with a simple tasteful exterior and a rich interior that when opened brings a delightful discovery.
