Renovation and Interior Design of Conference Rooms and Exhibition Space

This hall with its adjacent exhibition space can host a very sizeable gathering. A great focus was placed on flexibility which can accommodate broad diversity of functions and events with many sizes and themes. Paramount to our design of the interior was to promote interaction between people. Using visual abstractions of the nature and atmosphere of the park just outside, we hoped to extend the environment into the space. The common lobby resembles a landscape of shifting moods and conditions where meeting places become like pavilions in a forest glade. The carpet mats bear floral patterns and large amorphous shapes are cast in the floor like scattered ponds in the forest. Trees and bark are recurring references in the materials and textiles throughout.
